- This tour involves a fair amount of walking. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Late arrivals will not be granted access. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the starting time Please bring a valid ID for children (6-18) to be admitted AND Valid Student ID to get Student Discounts. Children under the age of 5 go free and do Not need a reservation. This tour is unable to accommodate visitors with wheelchairs or with walking disabilities. The Vatican is a religious state,proper dress code is required. Please make sure that your knees and shoulders must be covered in Sistine Chapel and St Peter's Basilica.No low-cut or sleeveless tops or shorts will be permitted. Clients that do not adhere to the dress code will not be permitted entry to the Sistine Chapel And St. Peter Basilica Church. The local tour provider cannot be held responsible for entry denied due to improper dress. There will be an airport-style security check before you enter St. Peter's Basilica; please leave liquids and sharp items at home. Access to St. Peter's Basilica and the Square may be closed in the morning of WEDNESDAY due to the Papal Audience Schedule changes are always possible so please check your email regularly for eventual timetable updates. All visitors must go through a metal detector security Line.
